Since joining The Lustigman Firm, Scott has represented clients in contract disputes and other matters in arbitration, and federal and state litigation and federal appeals court. Other areas of his practice are devoted to helping protect the intellectual property rights of marketing clients, and he litigates on issues of trademark, copyright, false advertising, and cyberlaw.
