Scott Shaffer serves as a litigation attorney for The Lustigman Firm. He also handles regulatory investigations and litigation and business litigation, including intellectual property matters with The Lustigman Firm, a prominent Madison Avenue law firm providing legal counsel to advertising and promotional agencies across the U.S. and Canada. Since joining The Lustigman Firm, Scott has represented clients in contract disputes and other matters in arbitration, and federal and state litigation and federal appeals court. Other areas of his practice are devoted to helping protect the intellectual property rights of marketing clients, and he litigates on issues of trademark, copyright, false advertising, and cyberlaw.

Prior to graduating from Fordham University School of Law in 1996, Scott was a staff member of the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar.
